Signed up for this on a whim and so glad I did. The whole experience was calm, slow-paced, and super educational. The guide explained how the mangroves protect Bali’s coast and help the local fishermen stuff I didn’t know at all before. Didn’t see too many animals but just being in the still water and trees felt really grounding. Great little eco-tour, especially if you want something easy and meaningful.

All children are given an "ECOLOGY MANGROVE TOUR CERTIFICATE". Children age up to 12 years old.

What To Expect

Pick up at major hotel

Pick-up is available from the most centrally located hotels in Kuta, Legian, Tuban, Sanur, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa, and Nusa Dua areas. For other areas with additional charges. Pick-up from other areas is not recommended.

Ubud, Canggu, Pecatu, Uluwatu, Tabanan, and Tanah Lot will be charged USD 10 or IDR. 150.000/Person
Candidasa, Singaraja will be charged USD 20 or IDR 300.000/Person

Start Canoeing tour at Wana Segara Kertih

The tour starting and finish points will be at Wana Segara Kertih at Kedonganan. Our tour guides will educate you on the flora and fauna that you may encounter and see throughout the tour. Mangroves are resting sites for hundred of shorebird and migratory bird species. Numerous nomadic birds move here from Australia during winter.
